Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final for customized products and no refunds will be given.

Reprints

Spelling, punctuation, dates, capitalization and grammar are the responsibility of the person placing the order. Should you make an error in your layout and your order has been printed, Stationery Market will reprint your order at a 50% discount. In the event of errors made by Stationery Market, a reprint will be offered at no charge. Any issues regarding your order need to be brought to our attention within 30 days of receiving your order. Please direct all concerns to customerservice@stationerymarket.com.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been printed there will be no charge and a refund will be issued. Orders that have already been printed are sales considered final.

Account

We may assign you a password and account identification to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site.
